Theater: ‘A Tuna Christmas’ at Bus Barn
On Saturday, Nov. 20, “A Tuna Christmas,” the latest in the “Tuna” series of plays, takes the stage. Set on Christmas Eve in tiny Tuna, Texas, 22 zany citizens (played by two men) attempt to celebrate their traditional Yuletide activities. Music: Silicon Valley Symphony
On Saturday, Nov. 20, at 7:30 p.m., the Silicon Valley Symphony performs a program of Bach, Brahms and Beethoven. The concert is at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 600 Colorado Ave., Palo Alto. $20 general, $15 for seniors and students, and free for children ages 12 and under.
On Sunday, Nov. 21, from 1 to 5 p.m., the artists of Cubberley Studios at 4000 Middlefield Road in Palo Alto will open their studios to show and sell art. The Holiday Open Studios also features raffles and refreshments.
