The Mountain View-based Western Ballet Company opens its production of “The Nutcracker” at 7 p.m. tonight, Dec. 2, at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts, 500 Castro St. Later performances are at 1 and 7 p.m. Dec. 3 and at 1 and 6:30 p.m. Dec. 4. $30 general, $27 seniors and students, and $25 ages 12 and under.
