Officers arrested the suspect on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and a parole violation, police said.
The man is being held at Santa Clara County Main Jail without bail, according to county records.
Trash can set on fire at Eagle Park Pool
A trash can was set on fire at Eagle Park Pool last week, but the case has been closed because there are no suspect leads, according to the Mountain View Police Department.
Dispatchers received a call around 8:06 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27, reporting a fire at Eagle Park Pool at 600 Franklin St. The employee who reported the incident told officers that a man had flagged him down to report that a trash can was on fire in one of men’s restroom stalls, police said.
