Two longtime incumbents are leaving the Mountain View Los Altos High School District’s board and three newcomers are running to replace them.

Phil Faillace, who has served on the board since 1996, and Sanjay Dave, who was first elected in 2016, both opted not to run for re-election. Vadim Katz, Alex Levich and Li Zhang are vying to replace them.
