St. Patrick’s Day may be on a Monday this year, but that hasn’t put a damper on Peninsula party plans. Several Irish pubs have been celebrating all week long, and more businesses are set to join in starting Friday for a weekend of dining and drink specials, live music, dancing and more. And multiple spots will open early on Monday for a full day of festivities, including one bar welcoming revelers at 6 a.m.
Whether grabbing a Guinness and a plate of corned beef and cabbage, eating brunch while listening to a Celtic harp player or a going to a late-night party sounds best to you, choose your adventure, put on your favorite green shirt and get your plans in order with the help of our guide to St. Patrick’s Day happenings between San Francisco and San Jose.
