With schools out for summer break and the weather heating up, Mountain View’s public pools will soon be open for weekday recreation swim.
The newly opened Rengstorff Park Aquatics Center, as well as Eagle Park Pool, will open for weekday rec swim starting on Monday, June 16. Rengstorff pool is already open for rec swim on weekends, which will continue.
Weekday rec swim hours will run from 2:30-5 p.m. at Rengstorff and 12:30-2:30 p.m. at Eagle. Rec swim will also continue to be available on weekends at Rengstorff from 1:30-6:30 p.m.
For Mountain View residents, a day pass to the pool is $4 for children, $5 for adults and $3 for spectators. Alternatively, a family day pass for residents is $11. Mountain View residents can also buy a family season pass for $155. Non-residents can purchase day passes at higher rates, but the season pass is limited to those living in Mountain View.
Rengstorff pool is located at 2073 Crisanto Ave. Eagle pool is at 650 Franklin St.
