More than 64,000 PG&E customers remained without power in the Bay Area early Tuesday morning following stormy weather that battered the region.
There were more than 28,000 customers affected in the North Bay, more than 19,000 in the South Bay and more than 14,000 along the Peninsula as of 5 a.m., PG&E spokesperson Karly Hernandez said. San Francisco had about 1,350 customers without power while only a little over 1,000 customers were affected in the East Bay.
Small, isolated outages are affecting Mountain View, according to PG&E’s outage map, including a small patch of 86 homes in Old Mountain View, which reportedly has a restoration time of 10:55 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 6.
The outage numbers are down from nearly 95,000 customers who were affected as of late Monday night. PG&E officials say power has been restored to over a million customers in the utility’s service area since Sunday.
