Expo: Exploration and Sustainability Exposition at Moffett Field
NASA Ames and the NASA Research Park host the 2009 Exploration and Sustainability Expo, organized to showcase new technologies through more than 40 exhibits. The event is billed as “an opportunity for NASA Ames researchers, NASA Research Park partners and the Silicon Valley business community to meet, network and discuss technology development collaborations.” Tuesday, April 21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Building 943, just outside NASA Ames’ main gate at the end of Moffett Boulevard.
Concert: Choral music by Cut Circle at CSMA
Deriving its name from 15th century music notation, this esteemed vocal octet, founded and led by Jesse Rodin of the Stanford Music faculty, specializes in Renaissance music. Tuesday, April 21, 6 p.m. at Community School of Music and Arts’ Tateuchi Hall, 230 San Antonio Circle. Free.
