Oakland-based “vertical” dance troupe BANDALOOP held a rehearsal at EPACENTER last week where the nonprofit arts center’s young dancers could learn some of their moves. The company will perform on May 30 at “EPACENTER Illuminated: The Afterglow,” an after-party for the center’s annual fundraising gala, along with Grammy-winning percussionist Sheila E.
