Learn seasoning “systems” that create healthy habits which motivate when you can not. Learn techniques individualized to personal preference, which can be repeated over and over without your taste buds getting bored. Master ways to combine Three Main Food Groups (protein, vegetables, whole grains) into quick meals that satisfy for the rest of your life. Don’t give up anything you love to eat. Learn new options to fill in when you don’t know what to eat.
