The El Camino Healthcare District board is shaping up to be a competitive race, with four candidates in the running to fill three seats that are up for grabs this November. Three incumbents are seeking reelection and one new contender is in the race.
 
El Camino Healthcare District board members have two roles, overseeing the tax-funded district and serving on the nonprofit hospital’s board of directors. The district encompasses most of Mountain View, Los Altos and Los Altos Hills, as well as a large part of Sunnyvale and parts of Cupertino, Santa Clara and Palo Alto.
