The Community School of Music and Arts in Mountain View will host its annual Merit Scholarship Students Mother’s Day Concert on Saturday, May 10 at 7 p.m.
The free concert will be performed at the CSMA’s Tateuchi Hall, 230 San Antonio Circle in Mountain View. Limited on-site and street parking will be available.
Merit Scholarship students from CSMA will showcase many instruments at the event, including piano, violin, flute, trumpet, percussion and voice, in small ensembles.
These students are awarded scholarships based on commitment levels, talent and achievement in musical studies.
“We are so proud to give our excellent Merit Scholars the opportunity to perform for the community. It is always a thrill to show off the talents of these outstanding artists,” said Vickie Scott Grove, executive director of CSMA.
