Benefit: Leukemia Awareness Benefit Concert at Zen Lounge
NOIZ Entertainment, Shane Blanchard and Bay Area hip-hop and R&B artists “The Bay’z Divas” are banding together to raise money and awareness for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Local artists performing include Mary Jane, Suryil, Deltrice, Netta B. and Ariel. Thursday, May 7 at 7:30 p.m. at the Zen Lounge, 251 Castro St. Tickets are $10 at the door. Benefit: Out to Eat 2009 at Computer History Museum
A benefit for the Outlet Program for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender youth will be held at the Computer History Museum, featuring a reception, silent auction, dinner, live auction, youth speakers and awards. Special guest MC The Honorable LaDoris Cordell. Thursday, May 7, 5:30-9:30 p.m. $125 per ticket.
