Event: Palo Alto Festival of the Arts
The annual Palo Alto Festival of the Arts returns to University Avenue downtown this weekend, Aug. 27 and 28, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days. Artists and craftspeople will set up booths, bands will play live music, and food and drink will be offered for sale at the free street fair.
Music: Alex Walsh at Rengstorff House
On Sunday, Aug. 28, at 2 p.m., San Francisco singer-songwriter Alex Walsh will perform folk-rock and blues guitar music. The free concert is at Rengstorff House, 3070 N. Shoreline Blvd., Mountain View.
