Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

If you know about Mountain View’s technology history, feel free to add your comments in this section.
Don from Shoreline West neighborhood has three memories that I’m hoping some readers can comment on:
1. The Sunnyvale Radio Company of the 20’s – 30’s? I’m particularly interested if you worked here.
2. Lee DeForest in Palo Alto. Are there any relatives around?
3. Who was that first guy in SJ who played his phonograph over a low power transmitter in his home – or was it his store?

Mountain View is rich in tech history. How about the fact that the Home Brew Computer Club’s mailing address was a PO box in Mountain View? ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homebrew_Computer_Club ).
How about Fairchild Semiconductor? ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fairchild_Semiconductor ) and the Computer History Museum?
Google’s headquarters on Charleston?
I could go on and on. 🙂
